I sold two books last night to friends who are also attending my first event on February 1st. That makes me feel so supported. More than anything, I want to get Myron’s story into the world.

Awhile back a colleague was talking to me about a friend who is on a transgender journey. She bought a book today and wants to also share it with a family member. She liked the art particularly. She talked about how the protagonist looked stuck and not only angry, but like there was so much below the surface. I was glad that the art spoke to her and touched her. I’m glad that in addition to reading it herself that she is sharing it with at least two others.

I’ll be sending two books this week to my friends who work in the same field as I. I know that one colleague has talked to her daughter about it specifically. She told me that both of her kids are excited to get copies. It’s so neat to be at the stage wherein others will be reading Myron’s journey.
